| Andrew Hobson - Managing
Director |
| Brand management runs through
his veins. |
Andrew began his career with Tarmac Facilities Management in London looking after such brands as the arrows F1 Racing Team and the national food chain prêt a manger. As a design manager he was responsible for the successful implementation and fulfillment of all marketing and design strategies while helping to establish new brands within the market place.
In 1993 Andrew was invited to join TSA (now SFX) to assist, develop and manage existing accounts predominantly within the sports industry. Working directly within the football division Andrew worked with such brands as David Beckham, Michael Owen and Alan Shearer, working with all aspects of personality management. Still with TSA Andrews previous experience within facilities promotions led him to be assigned to Sampdoria Football Club in Genoa to begin working on increasing revenue streams within the stadium. During his time in Italy Andrew gained valuable experience of the international commercialism within sport and was asked to join Bolton Wanderers helping manage the building of the £38m Reebok Stadium. Andrew was responsible for pulling together the build and launch of the stadium for opening on the 1st September 1997. |

Andrew McCarthy - Strategic Planning Director
Andrew’s unique combination of finance and marketing skills typify our results-driven philosophy. He began life working for Arthur Andersen (London) as a consultant to WPP plc, advising on acquisitions in the global marketing services sector for almost 5 years. This was followed by a move to the agency side, with a two-year stint at Saatchi & Saatchi, London, where Andrew was responsible for the commercial management of accounts such as HP, Guinness, Lexus and LloydsTSB. Wunderman (London) then provided extensive below-the-line marketing experience, rolling out an integrated DM offering for the Ford of Europe account. Having returned to Leeds in 2004, Andrew worked as freelance consultant before joining Fantastic fulltime in 2007. In the meantime he co-founded (and sold) a number of successful startups, Andrew combines a unique blend of professional advisory and practical, entrepreneurial experience. He is a Chartered Accountant, an associate member of the Institute of Management Consultancy, a Cambridge graduate and he holds a Diploma in Financial Strategy from Said Business School, Oxford University. |

Abi Ekoku - Managing Partner Sports Media
Abi is one of the privileged few to have experienced high level sport as performer, representative, tutor and senior administrator.
A former Professional Rugby League player (Bradford Bulls, Halifax & Harlequins RL) and International Athlete (his brother Efan is an ex-Premier League footballer); he now works across different sectors delivering strategies, operational solutions and managing partnerships – often between private and public sector bodies.
Professional sports management however remains central to his experience, and, as well as guiding the careers of top professional sports stars, he is also the current manager of the Great Britain Rugby League Team.Appointed as CEO of Bradford Bulls Holdings Ltd in 2000, his 3yrs at the helm saw the Club enjoy significant on-field success and grow to become one of Europe’s biggest rugby clubs - delivering a very unique customer experience.
His stewardship saw the 'The Bulls’ achieve the often difficult sporting, commercial and community aspiration balance, and, his achievements were quickly recognised by city, regional and national authorities seeking evidence of people and programmes delivering real change.He has subsequently served as an advisor to a number of business, community and governmental partnerships, and his services as a consultant are used on a range of issues – from customer engagement and regeneration, through to successful sports performance, leadership, communication and organisational change.

Richard Jones - Operations Director
Before joining Fantastic Media, Richard spent two years operating his own company producing business card sized interactive CD Rom presentations. He then joined Andrew Hobson at Atom UK with a joint venture on PriceWaterHouse Coopers. Following the success of this scheme, Richard was offered a full time position at the company as Junior Web Developer, which then progressed to Technical Director, and since to Operations Director at Fantastic Media. |

James Cook - Account Manager
A graduate in Communications and Marketing from the University of Lincoln, James started his career at The Galpharm Stadium and Huddersfield Town Football Club, where he worked for some of the leading brands within the sporting industry such as the Football Association and Sky Sports. James then moved onto Focus International where he worked with renowned brands such as Converse and Sergio Tacchini.
James' role at Fantastic Media is to manage the strategic accounts of a number of clients to ensure their marketing activities are consistently on brand, on message and on budget. |

Jonathan Hirst - Business Development Manager
Jonathan has over 20 years experience of Large Format, Photographic and Digital Print. He began his career in photographic printing at A. H. Leach and Chromagene, in various commercial roles. In 1995, after gaining a wealth of knowledge in his trade, he made the decision to go freelance and has been extremely successful ever since. Jonathan has worked with some leading brands such as Asda, Bet Fred, Leeds United and the Natural History Museum.
Jonathan joins Fantastic Media as Business Development Manager. His expertise in the area of large format and exhibition graphics allows Fantastic Media to offer further services to our range of clients. |

Romi Yarwood - Account Manager
Romi brings a wealth of commercial expertise to Fantastic. As a graduate of the University of Leeds in Linguistics in English, Romi applies an intelligent approach to client's marketing needs, identifying not only what is being said, but how it is communicated and why.
As Account Manager, Romi's role is to ensure thorough and consistent liaison with all our clients while working alongside all departments within the agency to coordinate strategies and ensure clients receive a Fantastic service. |

Becky Tipton - Agency Manager
As Agency Manager, Becky is responsible for ensuring all administrative and office procedures run smoothly and effectively to maximise our client's Fantastic experience.
Becky also acts as PA to the agency's senior management team and is briefed to enable her to provided the most up to date information and advice to clients and visitors to Fantastic alike. |

Donna Bedford - PR Manager
As one of the UK's first public relations graduates, Donna has developed and delivered successful PR campaigns for agencies in London, Leeds and Sheffield. Working for clients such as Toyota, Vision Express, TDG, Vokera, Hepworth Building Products, Strategic Team Group and Eco Cleaning Options, Donna has varied and wide ranging experience across a number of industries.
Responsible for PR at Fantastic, Donna’s role is to plan and generate credible, measurable public relations as part of the agency's integrated marketing service offering. |

Holly Hobson - Junior Marketing Person
Holly Joined Fantastic as a Junior Marketing person when the business was formed at the end of 2005. Her strengths lie with Play doe and Sticking and gluing which she is studying at School amongst other activities. Holly is hoping to become a client services director for Fantastic media in the next few years however she will have to stop being cheeky to her mummy before she does or she wont be going anywhere!
Holly works alongside her Daddy usually on a Saturday morning writing letters to clients asking them whether they are happy or not. Sometimes however we forget to send them out. |
